Marjolijn van Oordt is an international expert in crisis management and crisis communication. She acts as a consultant and temporary member to boards facing situations in need of de-escalation. In this role Marjolijn has prevented, prepared and de-escalated a multitude of national and international crisis with severe impact on the economy at large. Marjolijn is an INSEAD certified board member, Harvard-trained negotiator, MfN certified business mediator and MBTI-certified professional. She studied history and journalism, started her career as a journalist and was founder and managing director of a leading boutique firm in reputation management for almost 20 years. Marjolijn is a guest speaker in crisis readiness at INSEAD for the International Directors Programme.

For media relations Capita works with Frederique Hermie. Frederique is a seasoned, multi-talented press secretary and spokesperson with over 20 years of experience in the field. Frederique has senior experience at multinational corporations, ministries, governmental institutions, regulators, NGO’s and consumer organisations as spokesperson, communications coordinator and press secretary. Her familiarity with crisis situations goes far and wide. She has represented all stakeholder positions and managed every possible angle and frame, providing her with unequalled experience and network in the industry.

For intelligence gathering Capita works with Jelmer Wolleswinkel from Beslagentenijs. Jelmer has worked for more than 25 years as a researcher and knowledge manager in public relations, marketing and media at multiple agencies. Since 2014 he is active as independent researcher and analist.
